CanadaI was really fascinated by Scoria's all natural environmentally friendly yoga mats with beautiful designs that I thought could help me connect to my practice in a way that I hadn't yet before. And the purchase did not disappoint me! I consider it a very worth it investment. Plus knowing that some of your investment goes back to indigenous communities is a plus. I look forward to my practice sessions, and the natural material feels so much better for the body and soul! The mat can feel heavy while handling but actually when folded it is pretty light weight to carry! I am glad I found Scoria and I absolutely love practicising especially the tree pose on my Tree of Life Mat! :)
CanadaVery happy with this purchase. The mat works great, especially in warm and hot classes. The alignment markings were exactly what I wanted and I love the design. Scoria was the first brand recommended to me and it’s now the first brand I recommend. However, next time I’ll be looking to purchase a wider mat and maybe even taller as well (I’m a pretty big guy). I wasn’t sure if the studio I go to could accommodate so I stuck with the regular. It works absolutely fine, I just find myself moving off my mat a little in some shapes.
