Free Shipping Threshold
In order for us to be able to cover shipping fees for your order to Canada, Free Shipping applies on orders that spend a subtotal of $80+ (before taxes and after using any discount codes).
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (majority is 1-2 business days). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Some orders (if you ordered more than 3+ items, could take 1 more business day to process)
Pre-Orders:
If the order is on "pre-order", the shipping estimate date will be mentioned on the product page and checkout. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your pre-order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Transit Times:
Shipping times vary according to location, and you can read more below on average transit times. However, please allow additional days in transit for delivery as there are rare cases where couriers could experience delays that are out of our control.

FREE Standard tracked shipping to Canada is applied with order subtotal of $80+ (subtotal = after any discounts added and before taxes)*, with exceptions.
Our exception for free shipping applies to NT, NU in Canada as they are averagely a lot higher costs to ship to those locations. If your shipping location is higher than most average costs for couriers to ship to, we charge a small flat rate less than what it costs us and take on the high cost to best support your purchase with us. Another exception is PO boxes.
Otherwise, our flat rate shipping is $12.95 Canada Wide: To make it easier for you, our shipping is a low flat rate that is less than what it costs us to ship your good(s), if you do not spend more than $80 in our store. For PO boxes, there's a different additional fee to make sure it is shipped correctly with a courier that does ship to PO boxes.
Note: Express shipping services are not available at this time.
We ship from both Toronto, ON and Surrey, BC. Some orders may be split into multiple packages depending on what products are available in which location. This also helps the package travel less distance depending where you are!

IMPORTANT:
1- Change requests for shipping address or item changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order or before your item is processed. Please email us to check in anyway and if your item is processed before we have received your request, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes.
2- Please keep an eye on your tracking and make sure to pick up your items in a timely manner if they go to the post office. If an item is not picked up and it is sent back to us because of negligence to pick it up on time by the customer, then the customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees to ship the item again. We also incur shipping penalty that we have to pay for the return by shipping couriers.
We offer free shipping on our yoga mats, however, it costs us a lot to ship an item and then we also get charged return penalty fees when items get sent back to us by the courier. Thank you for understanding!
LOST ITEMS?
We love our customers, and it is very important that you get your item(s)! So don't worry, you will receive your order even when there are rare cases of shipping problems. Please contact us to let us know if you have not received your item so we can help you.
PO BOX POLICY
Please enter a street address to the best of your ability as additional fees may apply and we may need to contact you to either collect additional cost/ fees or change to a street address. However, you can select this option at checkout which will have a flat rate additional cost and we will not contact you for a change and will prepare your order to ship with a valid PO box courier when choosing this option which ensures your order arrives safely.
