CanadaThe cork mat is very grippy for me, even at the beginning of the practice. The bottom rubber side is also gripping to the floor well, even when hopping to plank or coming out of balancing poses.
CanadaI got this as a general use exercise mat and so far it works well. Provides enough cushion and not too slippery. The graphic is symmetrical enough to use for alignment. Did not notice any strong smell from the rubber. Hopefully it will last a long time!
