Uplift Mist & Grip Spray

Description

Our 2-in-1 Uplift Mist & Grip aromatherapy spray includes a combination of bergamot, celery sage, rosewood, and ylang ylang. Spray in the air as an uplifting aroma spray, or use as a couple of spritz as needed for extra grip on your mat.

1- Use as Mist

Before or after practice use this spray to promote joy, uplifting and a calming the mind. It can also be used before or after practice to enhance your meditation and relieve stress.

2- Use to activate Grip

Our cork mats grip amazing with sweat/ moisture! However, if your hands are cold and you are not sweating, you can activate your cork mat's grip with a little moisture by spritzing this spray where hands and feet go until body is warm.

Reuse

You can reuse your bottle by filling up the bottle with water after done using. Your mat can still be activated to grip in your cold/ non–sweaty practice with the use of water. Essential oils are used for mist & aromatherapy purposes.
