To wash outer the casing, remove and hand wash with cold water. To wash the inner casing, add filling into a bucket in a safe place prior to washing. Dry in shade. Do not tumble dry. Do not wet the filling. Do not bleach. If washing instructions are not followed, shrinkage could occur.

CanadaI like that the middle concave space leave me enough clearance to place my feet close to the cushion. This very natural position let me meditate comfortably (bonus if you have a zabuton mat combo). Thanks to the firm support that provides comfort while raising my hips.
